1. The person in whose name the bKash account is opened has to be taken away. 
2. Along with his original voter ID card or driving license or passport with which he has opened a bKash account, his original ID card or document must be taken along.
3.  One copy of it should be taken in color
4.  A photocopy of the voter ID card passport or the driving license with which the bKash account was taken should be taken. 
5. And the balance of bKash account has to be 0.

 You must first take the bKash account owner and the above documents to bKash Customer Care. Telling the customer officer will close your bKash account or the bKash account will be closed from SIM.

If that development account is closed. If you want, you can open a new bKash account in this SIM, that is, in the same SIM where you had a bKash account before, with your voter ID.
