Fish tanks are made in Major Scale
Biofloc method : - The first requirement for fish farming in Biofloc method is fish tank. It is better to keep the fish tank round
but we can also cultivate Biofloc fish in rectangular tanks. You tank tarpaulin or cement
You can do it both ways. Ahamri made tanks no matter what you do. For example,
you can make a four feet high house with 5 inch gathuni. You
can fence the rod with tarpulin in between. You can play fish outside the house. Can indoors. If you
put a water repellent system on top of the tank .

tank
How to set up Biofloc tank
1. Decide how many liter tanks you will have. The simplest calculation is to
hold 26 liters of water per square cube . This is a mathematical calculation. If you build a 13x13 square foot tank, it will hold 10,000 liters of water
. Mathematically water holds though or more.
2. If you make it with bricks, smooth the plaster inside as much as possible.
Spread polythene on the bottom and around if possible .
3. If you use a tarpaulin / polythene tank, make sure that your tarpaulin / polythene is able to withstand
water pressure and that there are no leaks.
What is TDS / Salinity?
Although the word salinity may seem new to many, it is actually called salinity after
thefirst step of Biofloc, that is, after mixing the results we use during water preparation
. In fact we use salt but check TDS
(total dissolved solid). Where our drinking water has 0% salinity but has
TDS ranging from 300-600 depending on theareathen how to test it. Salinity Measurement PPT
(Parts Per Thousand) and TDS Measurement PPM (Parts Per Million) | Rosalt is what is
directly fromthe seawithout any kind of refine, which is iodine free and is usually fed
to cows. The application of iodized salt reduces or decreases the effectiveness of the flock.
Salinity Meter If you do not how a TDS converted in May
Salinity measure PPT with the TDS measure PPM with
1PPT = 1000PPM
your normal water TDS, with the exception if the salt after
your TDS 1000, then to be understood
in the water Salinity levels 1PPT
easier in the 1000 liter 1 kg Result = 1 PPT
Salinity is required in your tank. Low salinity will work, but care must be taken
so that the salinity does not exceed the above demand, as this may damage your fish tank.
Benefits of salinity
1. Helps retain oxygen in the water and prevents oxygen from increasing or decreasing.
2. Helps regulate water pH.
3. Eliminates stress of fish.
4. Helps in digestion of fish food.
5. Inhibits the growth of NH3. Helps to reduce nitrite.
. In salinity, NACL (NAY / CL)
helps to form flocks by attracting each other .

Effect of pH on your fish tank: -
pH 6K is considered as neutral point at a temperature of 25 centigrade.
Since the temperature in our country is above 30, 7.5 K can be considered neutral.
pH 6K is considered as neutral point at a temperature of 25 centigrade.

When the pH is low: O CACO should be mixed directly with water or
soaked inlime water more than onceand then soaked for 1 day.
If the pH rises: If the pH rises while the fish is in the tank, then it is necessary to soak the
tamarind and apply 1 tablespoon per 1000 liters of water.
The pH should be checked 2 hours after application.
Most of the symptoms of low pH: -
1. When the pH level is low, the slippery substance comes out with the fish gills and the gills gradually
stop working.
2. If the pH level is high, the fish's eyes become blood stained and the cornea is damaged, the skin becomes wrinkled.
3. Abnormal swimming and fluttering of wings.
4. Distress or hardship and eventually death.
5. Be angry and slow down production and fish growth.
PH 8 = 10 times higher than hydrogen ion pH 7.
Again pH 5 = 100 times more hydrogen ion than pH 6.
Again pH 4 = 1000 times more hydrogen ion than pH 5.
This means that if it is 5.9 here, it should be taken seriously.

Ammonia- Silent killer: - In
simple words Ammonia is a gas. biofloc
has adeep relationship with fish meal ammonia. The fish excretes Ammonia with its gills and excrement after ingestion.
Ammonia or NH3 due to highfoodintake and high protein diet; Is made. That's why we
feed Lapratin Kid fish. With water and use more food. Clorin or
chloraminewith wateractually increases amnesia.
Types of Ammonia: -
Our fish tank gets two types of Ammonia. NH3 (Ammonia) and NH4 (Ammoniam).
This NH4 is not harmful but our enemy is NH3;
The results we test with the Ammonia test kit are called TAN (Total
Ammonia Nitrogen) i.e. we need to find out from both NH and NH3.
NH; Need to find out the value. And you have to pay that amount.
Ammonia control: - Ammonia will
never be in
your tank if you have given the required carbon sequestration from the beginning . If ever there is 2 or more amnesia then carbon sequestration and paralytic
treatment should be done. Even then if it is not controlled then new water has
to be added by draining 50% of the water . And give the necessary salt, lime, melasis and probiotics. In addition, the food
should be applied a little less for a few days.

An Example:

Nitrite killer: -
Nitrite (NO2) is called killer, it is not a silent or slow killer.
Nitrite (NO2) is formed in the water due to lack of oxygen and excess food in your fish tank.
Nitrite (NO) is being made in thefish tank where oxygen is not going or wherethere isfood orwaste.
Typically Rui, Katal and Common Carp can tolerate 0.25ppm to 1ppm and
Pangas, Magurcassava can tolerate 2ppm. When the nitrite increases, you will see that the
gills and mouths of the fish inyourfish tank are moving very fast and in the case of horn fish, all the fishstick to each other
and float away.
Things to do: Nitrite (NO) kits are available in the market. This kit tests the water
Based on the result, 20% water should be discarded and new water
should be added and salt and CCO 3 or lime should be applied as per the amount of new water . Increase oxygen and give less food.
You need to increase your probiotics.
Nitrate (NO) is said to be
a slow killer because it grows very slowly in a test kit at 0-160ppm but if it
continues to rise in your tank , there is no way to reduce it except by throwing away all the water. However,
there is no need to stress so much about it, its effect is much later.
Things to do: Check the amount of water with Nitrate (NO3) kit. Then
we can change the water, move the fish to another tank or use a small pan.
C: N Ratio: -
C: N Ratio means the ratio of carbon sequestration to nitrogen, that is, the percentage
of carbon sequestration required to eliminate one part of NH3from the systemis called C: N Ratio
.
In the study Carbon: Nitrogen K 1:10, 1:15.
Tested in1:20 way and theresult is better than 1:10. That is, 10 percent carbon is
neededto finish 1 percent nitrogen.
Example-1 If
you currently have 500 kg of fish in your fish tank,
feedhim3% ofhisweight perday= 15 kg. If your diet contains 30% protein then 15
kg of food contains protein = 4 kg 500 g. 4 kg 500 g contains 18%
nitrogen in food. 4500 g x16% = 620 g nitrogen. Again this is 720 grams
Fish cannot store 75% of nitrogen in the body. Then 720 g x 75% = 540 g. Then you need to use
540x10 = 5400 grams of carbon sequestration to finish 540 grams of nitrogen .
Example-2 If
you have 500 kg of fish in your fish tank at present, then
feed him 3% of his weight per day = 15 kg. If you have 20% protein in your diet, then 15
kg of food contains protein = 3 kg. 18% of 3 kg of food is nitrogen.
3000 g x16% = 480 g nitrogen. Again, out of this 480 grams of nitrogen, fish
cannot store 75% of the body. Then 480 g x 75% = 360 g. Then
to finish 360 grams of nitrogen you need to use 360x10 = 3600 grams of carbon sequestration.
Things to do 40% of melasis daily from the day you release the fish in your fish tank
Apply melasis every day for one month until the bacteria in your tank is stable and one month before the fish harvest. NH "is in complete control.
What is Rossalt: -
Rossalt is what we get directly from the farmers through the sea. Which
does not containanyiodine. That salt is what we usually feed the cows.
DO (Dissolved Oxygen) DO meter is the
amount of oxygen in the water of your fish tank (Dissolved Oxygen) This (Dissolved Oxygen) fish farming is more or less harmful. You need to make sure that the DO of the water is always
4-6 ppm. How to understand ppm then check the DO of water with DO kit.
If there is no DO kit, check the water temperature. If the water temperature is
lower thannormal, then it should be understood that there is more DO. Adequate oxygen
supply is thefirst condition for high density fish farming. Many fish die by eating it, you can see that your tank lacks oxygen.
DO Meter DO Meter
In the case of Biofloc, if for any reason the machine breaks down or the current goes out, the flock is fixed for 4 hours
and nothing happens to the fish. If your electricity goes off twice a day and goes off after 1 or 1/2,
you don't need to install an IPS but you must keep a backup air pump if it
breaks down.
Rules for selection and application of food in fish farming by biofac method.
When buying fish feed you need to keep in mind the Lapratin feed and the good company where the
environmental aspect is good. The following four months have pre-starter, starter, grower,
finisher. According to the FCR, feed the fish according to its age and weight. Apply the food hand to hand
. Give them again when the day is over.

Khudi or Kuti Pana as an alternative food:
There are three types of Pana in our country. Suji Pana is
usually confined to these panagula and seen in Nainra Panyas
. Sujipana: It looks like Sujina so I call it Sujina and
I can use it to get a starter .
2. Tetulpana: It looks like a tamarind leaf so it is called tetulpana and
we can use it for growers and finishers.
3. Senapana: Sainapana can be used for gear and finishers. biofloc Flock Management:
1. You have applied probiotics to your fish tank. It is old enough to grow probiotics but flock is not growing. Your air system or all other conditions have been met. Or where the flock is happening in the same probiotic region and nowhere else. All you have to do in this case is to have some germs in the water you are using so that the flock does not grow. Whether you have any problems testing your water at the local lab.
2. Many people do not understand ACO. Because the desired wheel is not being made, there is tension. The FCO method will take time to make 30ml clock in your tank. If you think you can take the flock quickly, then use FCO more. There is no problem. As long as you continue to apply 3 ml is not a problem.
3. If you think 250 grams of prairie 200 grams of water preparation time. Give 400 grams of 500 grams of probiotics. Leave the fish with aeration for eight days. Keep the rest of the probiotics on hand for emergencies.
4. If it is above 40 ml, drain some water and add new water.

Anger and treatment in
Biofloc fish farming: It is safe to say that fish anger is not 99% in Rayflock fish farming or it is unlikely to happen. Because your fish tank
is full ofgood bacteria. Your prey contains good bacteria and various enzymes that strengthen the fish in the fish tank
internally and create a coating on their body that no other germ can easily
touch their skin. In a simpler way, if your body is now being vaccinated against rheumatoid arthritis, pneumonia, measles, mumps,
and hepatitis-B, it
will be able to fight off andresist the germs of the vaccines. Even after vaccination, it is seen that some people
are suffering from all these rages. Understand that your vaccine has not been properly stored or used.
Here the vaccine but the antidote is not the antidote. If you
have billions of antibodies in your fish tank then why lose anger in your fish tank but even
if you leave some sick fish it will be healthy if your system works properly.
1. If you have any fish rage in your fish tank, you should understand that the water
parameters in your fish tank are not correct or your primer is not working.
2. Increased ammonia and nitrite in your tank can
damage your fish's eyes, blisters, kidneys, liver, and kill the fish, which means it can't be called rage.
3. Many people say that all the fish in my tank are dead.
That is why the fish are dying due to lack of oxygen in your tank . It cannot be called anger.
4. If you don't get enough food at the same time after leaving the pan, then some panna
becomes weak without getting food , so some fish will die. This is not called anger.
Many people say that the greens on the fish, the fish's tail is rotten, what is the white white on the fish means that the
fungus has appeared in your fish tank. It is basically a fungal infection. This is also
because if you do not sanitize the panna before leaving or the rage caused by this student
came with the panna, the fish will die.
Symptoms of student anger:
1. The fish has something white on it.
2. Maho has spots on his body.
3. The tail of the fish is wounded.
Remedy:
If it spreads to the tank and cannot be prevented, you may need oxytetracycline 100-
125 mg per kg mixed with food should be given for 7 days.
Caution: When you apply oxytetracycline or sulfur to your tank, your
fish tank will be damaged. In this case you have to
make a new clock by adding new water after 7 days .

There is
a misconception among many people about Probiotic Probiotics that Probiotics and
Antibiotics are the same thing. Antibiotics are chemicals that
are used as medicine for fever, cold, cough etc. Antibiotics kill good bacteria as well as
good bacteria. But probiotics, on the other hand, make good bacteria grow and
only destroy bad bacteria. Basically it acts as an antidote. As a
result , it can be said that there is no fish disease in the Bayeruk tank. For example, lacto
Bacillus Bacteria is very effective for the human body . Similarly, the
combination of bacteria used for fish farming is Biofloc Probiotic. No probiotic 250 g again no
Probiotic 500 g but it is seen that the amount of bacteria in both is the same. When you
use Probiotic, you will use 250 grams just like you use 500 grams. Everything else
will be fine. Bacillus Subtilis, Bacillus
Lichniformis, Bacillus Megaterium, Bacillus Pumilis, Bacillus Polymyxa az Bacteria can be purchased at the time of purchase of the paralytic
. In our
country, Bayafat Aqua (Novartis) and Pond Care (SKF) can use these two privileges and in India Everfresh Gray Probiotics.
Things to do before leaving the tank:
1. To collect fish first you must select a trusted hatchery.
2. You have to notice the agility of the fish by appearing yourself.
3. Notice if the fish has any spots or spots. Because if the management of Renu's pond is not right, it often sells baby gula with fungal rage.
4. Make sure it is giving oxygen when polypacking. Many hatcheries give only air in place of oxygen.
Leave on the water for 1-2 hours with the polypack on the water in the tank. This is because the temperature and pH of the car from where you have reduced the paya collection and the temperature and pH of your fish tank are the same. His put them in the water to endure. You mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric and 25 grams of rosult in every 50 liters of water in a big drum of tank water. Pour the fish into the water 30 m. Put it in a sieve and gently release it in the tank or leave the potash in water for 10-20 seconds and then release it in the tank
.
Fish collection : -
First you have to decide how many fish I will take at the end. We usually release fish at the target of 600 kg
. If we want the weight of horn and kai fish to be 100 grams, then we need
6,000 pieces per 10,000 liters.
2. If we want the desired weight of Magur fish to be 150 grams, then we need
4,000 pieces per 10,000 liters.
3. If we want Pabda and Gulsha to weigh 80 grams, then we need 7500 4000 in 1000 liters
. Tilapia: If we want to weigh 250 grams, then we need 2400 pieces per 1000 liters.
Feed management: -
1. Who will give them the first meal 12 hours after the release of the fish
. For the first 2-3 days, give less food than the desired%
. Give food 2-3 times a day
3. Apply 40% melasis in food every day
. Apply 500 gm FCR in fish tank every day
What is FCO ?
FCO stands for Fermented Carbon Organic . This method
involves culturing dormant bacteria and applying them to the tank. This method
involves applying some probiotics and melasma to your tank every day. This will make your fish grow bigger and
your probiotic flock will increase. The FCO method is always strong in your tank.
There are bacteria from the beginning to the harvest.
Per liter of water 50 g of probiotic (100 g in 500 g packet) and
800 g of malaces and 800 g of salt without iodine should be mixed very well with 20 liters of water.
If you want to activate the bacteria quickly, leave it tight for three days. If late
If necessary, after 7 days of aeration without lid, if the FCO turns orange, you
can release the fish immediately or later with a 5-6 liter fish tank. Thus, 500
ml of FCO fish tank should be applied every day . If necessary, you can mix 200 ml of melasis in a little water
and give it to FCO container from time to time. In this way, you have to make FCO every month and use it in the fish tank.
There is no problem in organic fish farming in Bayflock fish farming if it is a little less or more.
1200 grams instead of kg will not damage your tank! But the chemicals must be measured.
FCO is not a scientific matter, it is just a method we have developed to keep the bacteria
alive before they are released into the tank and every day these living bacteria are put in the tank little by little.
I give. I use probiotic melasis and salt to make FCO. There is nothing
to think that if the amount of melasis is less or more or if the amount of salt is a little less, it will be harmful but the
amount of probiotics would be right. FCO 5 liters instead of 6 liters or 500 grams per day instead of 800 grams
will not be any damage to your fish tank. FCO can be made in many ways that can even be made with food.
Air Pump / Air Compressor: -
Aeration is an important part of Biofloc fish farming, in which case you
need to buy anair pump. Look at the air pump (LPM) as well as the pressure Kpa / Psi / Mpa to
seeifitis OK.
For a 10,000 liter tank you will need an air pump of 80 LPM
and minimum pressure at the time of purchase Kpa = 35 Kpa / PSI = 5 PSI / Mpa = 0.035Mpa
1. 15 days = 60-70 LPM will be required from water preparation to flock formation.
2. After leaving the water in the tanks will be fit paena II = 30-40 LPM will prayaejana
3. The fish will be bigger and with the increase of water = 60-70 LPM will
be required. Your air stones must be nana or micro.
Temperature: The
ideal temperature for Biofloc fish farming is 206 to 406 centigrade. In this case, if it is below 20, the
flock will not be formed. Although some bacteria also grow in 156. If it goes above 40, the flock is
more likely to be lost. Always keep a thermometer in your tank, keep one outside the shed
if necessary and see if the temperature is compatible. It is
better not to cultivate fish in winter . If one wants to cultivate then one has to do greenhouse i.e. one with mata polythene
You have to build an airtight house. Now you
can use heaters for this fish farming . It is very expensive.
a misconception among many people about Probiotic Probiotics that Probiotics and
Antibiotics are the same thing.
